Position: Operations Coordinator – Irvine, California

White Orchid Interiors was founded in 2006. Over the past seven years, our company has expanded to serve clients from Colorado to Southern California. We are a regional leader for home staging and interior design. We have great expectations for the future and are looking for high integrity team members as we grow.

White Orchid Interiors is looking for an Operations Coordinator to work at our office in Irvine, California. The Operations Coordinator is the primary point of contact for prospects, clients and referral relationships throughout each phase of White Orchid Interiors sales pipeline. Key functions include selling prospects on the benefits of home staging with White Orchid Interiors, data entry and data integrity within our CRM (Salesforce), scheduling projects, ensuring a superior customer service experience, adhering to company best practices and supporting the Staging Operations and Asset Management Team in any other manner as required.

Critical Functions

  • Guide customer relationships through the sales pipeline
  • Facilitate communication between customer relationships and our internal team
  • Manage customer account data in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Administer staging contracts and prepare customer reports
  • Oversee the team calendar and assist in scheduling projects
  • Complete required documentation and project workflow
  • Adhere to company best practices

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience operating cloud based software solutions (preferably Salesforce)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Detail oriented with proven organizational abilities
  • Customer service and goal oriented
